Recruit Express is seeking a high caliber Senior Manager of Contracts Management to join our Facility Management Department in the West Region of Singapore. This role is ideal for a professional with extensive experience vetting and governing contracts within large organizations. You will lead the contract lifecycle for a broad portfolio of facilities services, from vendor selection to renewal and performance review. You will partner with procurement, legal, finance, and operations to ensure terms that protect the company while enabling efficient service delivery.
In this leadership position, you will establish robust governance processes, manage risk through thorough review of terms and conditions, and drive value through favorable pricing, clear SLAs, and disciplined change management. You will mentor junior contracts specialists, oversee vendor relationships, and deliver insights to senior leadership on portfolio health, financial impact, and compliance. The role requires strong negotiation skills, critical thinking, and the ability to translate complex contractual language into actionable business outcomes.

Responsibility
- Lead end to end contracts lifecycle for facility management services including drafting, reviewing, negotiating and executing complex contracts with vendors and service providers
- Vet and mitigate risk by ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance standards
- Collaborate with procurement, legal, finance, and operations to align contract terms with business needs and budget constraints
- Manage contract performance, including SLAs, KPIs, renewals, and change orders
- Lead negotiations on key terms, pricing, risk allocation, and termination clauses to protect organizational interests
- Oversee vendor relationships and performance through regular reviews, scorecards, and escalations when needed
- Mentor and develop junior contracts staff within the Facility Management Department and promote best practices
- Prepare executive reports on the contract portfolio status, risk, and value realization
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field; professional contract management certification such as IACCM or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of contracts management experience within large organizations or facility management contexts
- Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement processes, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with contract management software and MS Office; ability to analyze data and generate insights
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities
- Leadership and mentoring capabilities with the ability to work independently
- English fluency; additional languages a plus
