Join our team as a Senior Manager HR Business Partner at EXL Services in Pasay City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the HR Business Partner function by overseeing day-to-day HR operations and working closely with employees.
Responsibility
- Manage and execute HR strategies in alignment with business goals
- Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees
- Handle employee relations issues and performance management
- Monitor HR metrics and analyze data to improve processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
