Singapore General Hospital (SGH) is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager/Manager to lead the Integrated Continuing Care Operations (ICCO). In this contract role, you will shape the vision for integrated care pathways, align multidisciplinary teams, and deliver operational excellence that improves patient outcomes and experience. Reporting to the ICCO leadership, you will drive program strategy, resource planning, and performance management across clinical and support functions. You will oversee budgeting, vendor relationships, governance processes, and compliance with quality, safety, and accreditation standards. Your leadership will translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives that streamline care delivery, optimize capacity, and enable data-driven decision making across the portfolio of continuing care services.

Responsibility
- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Integrated Continuing Care Operations (ICCO) portfolio.
- Develop and implement ICCO program roadmaps, capacity planning, and resource optimization across clinical and non-clinical teams.
- Lead budgeting, cost controls, procurement oversight, and vendor management to support service delivery.
- Drive performance improvement through KPI dashboards, quality metrics, patient outcomes, and patient experience initiatives.
- Foster integration across disciplines (clinical, nursing, allied health, and admin) to implement innovative care models and pathways.
- Oversee risk management, governance, compliance, and accreditation readiness to uphold SGH standards.
- Mentor and develop ICCO leaders and staff, ensuring succession planning and talent development.
- Partner with hospital leadership and external partners to deploy digital solutions and data-driven decision making.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field; Master’s degree (MBA, MPH, or equivalent) preferred.
- 7-10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, preferably in continuing or integrated care settings; experience in PHIC ICCO is a plus.
- Proven track record in budget management, vendor relations, and leading cross-functional teams in a complex healthcare environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, change management, and stakeholder engagement skills; ability to influence at senior levels.
- Demonstrated success in quality improvement, patient safety, and regulatory/compliance initiatives; familiarity with accreditation standards is advantageous.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics dashboards and performance metrics to drive decisions.
- Professional registrations and certifications in healthcare administration; project management certification (PMP or equivalent) is desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in Singapore’s healthcare context and collaborate with diverse clinical and administrative stakeholders.
