Responsibility

  • Lead and manage continuous improvement projects across assembly and fabrication lines.
  • Analyze production metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions.
  • Collaborate with maintenance to drive equipment reliability and PM programs.
  • Lead line balancing, layout optimization, and workflow improvements.
  • Facilitate Lean initiatives, waste reduction, and 5S enhancements.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical training to production teams.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred) and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL) and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, MES, and SPC in a manufacturing setting.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
