We’re seeking a proactive leader with deep maritime experience and a passion for cutting-edge navigation technology.

Responsibility

  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of navigational solutions (ECDIS, AIS, GNSS, radar integration) for vessels and fleets.
  • Conduct voyage planning and route optimization using official nautical publications, weather data, and port constraints; ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Provide on-site and remote training and support to crews and shore staff on navigation systems and standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop new navigation features, data dashboards, and performance analytics.
  • Perform risk assessments, incident investigations, and lessons-learned reviews to improve safety and efficiency.
  • Manage projects, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications; ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
