Join Pulse Market Insights, a premium market research firm delivering actionable consumer insights to Fortune 500 brands. We are seeking a data-driven Senior Market Research Analyst to design studies, analyze data, and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
In this role, you will work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams to shape go-to-market strategies and product development.
Responsibility
- Lead the design and execution of quantitative and qualitative market research studies.
- Develop survey instruments, sampling plans, and data collection methodologies.
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, SPSS/R/Python, and visualization tools.
- Translate insights into actionable business recommendations and C-suite-ready reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define research objectives and milestones.
- Present findings to clients or internal stakeholders with clear storytelling and data visualizations.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to project proposals and scoping.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Statistics, Economics, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 4+ years of market research experience, preferably in consumer insights.
- Strong expertise in survey design, sampling, and data quality techniques.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, SPSS/R/Python; experience with Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present complex findings to senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent studies.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail; ability to work cross-functionally.
