Responsibility
- Design and execute market research studies (qualitative and quantitative) to inform product development and strategy.
- Develop research briefs, questionnaires, screener flows, and sample plans; manage fieldwork timelines and vendor relationships.
- Analyze data using Excel, SPSS/R/Python, and create actionable dashboards in Tableau or Power BI.
- Synthesize findings into compelling reports and presentations for executives and cross-functional teams.
- Provide market sizing, competitive intelligence, and customer segmentation insights to support go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Ensure research quality, ethical standards, and project delivery within scope and budget.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; masters preferred.
- 3+ years of hands-on market research experience across B2B or B2C sectors.
- Strong knowledge of research methodologies (surveys, interviews, focus groups) and sampling techniques.
- Proficiency with statistical tools (SPSS, R, Python) and data visualization (Tableau, Power BI).
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data modeling; SQL is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present complex insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
