Responsibility

  • Lead the design and execution of market research studies, including objectives, methodology, sampling, data collection, and deliverables.
  • Develop research plans and project timelines in partnership with stakeholders across product, marketing, and sales.
  • Design and implement quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews, focus groups, and ethnographic studies as needed.
  • Analyze data using advanced analytics (statistical techniques, segmentation, trend analysis) and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
  • Create compelling narratives, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate insights into product requirements, pricing strategies, and marketing messages.
  • Manage vendors, budgets, and timelines; ensure study quality and ethical data handling.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; Master's or PhD preferred.
  • 3-6+ years of experience in market research, consumer insights, or related roles.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills; proficiency in Excel, SPSS/R/Python, and survey tools (Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey).
  • Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex data clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple studies and stakeholders simultaneously.
