Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end market research projects from scoping objectives to final presentations.
  • Design and execute qualitative and quantitative studies (surveys, interviews, focus groups, usability tests).
  • Develop research plans, sampling strategies, and data collection instruments.
  • Analyze data using SQL, SPSS/R/Tableau and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Create compelling storytelling deliverables (executive summaries, dashboards, infographics).
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and strategy teams to inform roadmaps and go-to-market plans.
  • Manage external vendors and project timelines to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
  • Present findings to senior leadership and translate insights into business impact.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Economics, Statistics, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in market research or consumer insights, preferably in tech or consumer goods.
  • Strong proficiency with Excel, SQL; experience with SPSS/R/Tableau or Power BI.
  • Excellent analytical and statistical thinking; ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication; ability to craft executive-level summaries.
  • Experience with survey design, sampling, weighting, and data quality control.
  • Project management skills and ability to manage multiple studies simultaneously.
