In this role, you will partner with product, marketing, and sales teams to uncover consumer needs, size markets, track trends, and assess competitive landscapes. You will manage full market research projects from proposal through presentation, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end market research projects, including study design, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Develop research instruments (surveys, interviews) and sampling plans to ensure robust insights.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data using statistical software (SPSS, R, Python) and translate results into actionable recommendations.
- Manage client communications, proposals, timelines, and budgets to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Create compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and executive summaries for diverse stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to inform strategy and go-to-market plans.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Statistics, Economics, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
- 4+ years of market research experience in agency or corporate settings.
- Proven expertise in study design, sampling, questionnaire development, focus groups, and interviews.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SPSS, R, Python, SQL, and Excel.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and creating dashboards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to tell a story with data and present to senior leadership.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities; able to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
