Nova Insight Analytics is seeking a Senior Market Research Analyst to join our Boston team. You will lead mixed methods studies, translate data into actionable business insights, and influence product and go-to-market strategies. This is a high impact role at a fast growing analytics firm.
You will collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to shape research programs that unlock customer needs and market opportunities. We are looking for a proactive data storyteller who can turn complex findings into clear recommendations for executives and cross functional teams.
Responsibility
- Design and manage market research studies including surveys, interviews, and competitive analysis.
- Partner with product and marketing teams to define research objectives and success metrics.
- Develop sampling plans, ensure data quality, and manage vendors when needed.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data using statistical methods and tools.
- Present insights in clear, executive-ready formats with actionable recommendations.
- Track market trends and deliver regular reporting to cross functional teams.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the research playbook.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or related field; Master's preferred
- 5+ years of market research experience in tech or consumer sectors
- Strong proficiency with survey design, sampling, and data analysis
- Experience with statistical software (SPSS, R, Python) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent communication and storytelling with data
- Project management skills and vendor management experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment in Boston
