Private Advertiser is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Marketing professional to lead our offline and digital marketing initiatives in Surabaya. This role focuses on building brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and driving sales in line with clearly defined KPI targets. You will shape and execute integrated marketing programs that resonate with our Indonesian audience and deliver measurable business impact.

As a Senior Marketing, you will own the development and execution of multi-channel marketing plans across offline and digital channels, including social media, content marketing, email campaigns, events, PR, and traditional media. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Creative, and Analytics teams to craft compelling messaging and a go-to-market strategy that aligns with company goals and market needs. Your leadership will help us expand our presence in Surabaya and neighboring regions while maximizing ROI.

Key responsibilities include driving demand generation, elevating brand visibility, and ensuring consistent brand voice across all touchpoints. You will monitor performance, optimize campaigns based on data insights, and report results to senior leadership. This role also involves managing budgets, forecasting ROI, and mentoring junior marketers or coordinating with agencies to deliver excellence. Responsibility

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across offline and digital channels to raise brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive sales in line with KPIs.
  • Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (content, social, email, PR, events, paid media) from concept through to measurement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Creative teams to define messaging, positioning, and go-to-market plans tailored to the Indonesian market, with a focus on Surabaya.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, generate actionable insights, and present regular performance reports to leadership.
  • Oversee the marketing budget, forecast ROI, allocate spend by channel, and ensure cost efficiency while maintaining quality and impact.
  • Coordinate events, partnerships, and sponsorships to expand reach, build relationships, and strengthen brand loyalty.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team or coordination with external agencies, ensuring clear roles and accountability.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience with proven results in both online and offline channels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, social media insights).
  • Experience managing campaigns, budgets, and cross-functional teams; ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Indonesian; comfortable presenting to executive stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of Indonesia market dynamics and consumer behavior, with a focus on Surabaya and East Java regions.
  • Creative thinker with project management skills and a collaborative leadership style.
