APEX Pharma is seeking a results-driven Senior Marketing Executive to lead product marketing and drive growth across our portfolio. This role partners with global principals and vendors to plan and execute integrated sales and marketing campaigns that raise awareness, create demand, and accelerate revenue in Singapore and nearby markets. The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, leveraging data-driven insights, market intelligence, and compliant messaging to deliver measurable outcomes.
As a key member of our commercial team, you will own go-to-market plans, craft compelling product positioning, and manage channel mix across digital and traditional marketing channels. You will collaborate with sales, medical affairs, regulatory, and external partners to ensure campaigns adhere to industry standards while achieving ambitious targets. This role requires strong project management, budget stewardship, and the ability to translate complex scientific information into clear, customer-focused messages.

Responsibility
- Lead development and execution of end-to-end marketing plans for key product lines, from concept to launch, including positioning, messaging, and collateral.
- Partner with principal manufacturers and external vendors to design and deliver integrated campaigns across digital, print, and field channels.
- Manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and optimize spend to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform product strategy.
- Drive demand generation, lead nurturing, and sales enablement activities to support the field team.
- Develop compelling product positioning, value propositions, and regulatory-compliant communications for target audiences.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects with sales, medical affairs, regulatory, and supply chain to ensure timely execution and compliance.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, KPIs, and market trends to inform leadership decisions.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA or related advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in pharma/healthcare or life sciences.
- Proven track record in product marketing, launches, and lifecycle management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate technical information into customer-focused messages.
- Experience with digital marketing, CRM, and marketing automation tools; proficient in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets, with excellent project management skills.
- Vendor management and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
