Hygr Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to lead the company’s marketing efforts in Malaysia. As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will own the development and execution of multi-channel marketing plans, including digital marketing, content, events, and PR. You will analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to craft compelling messaging and value propositions. The role requires hands-on leadership, data-driven decision making, and a customer-centric mindset to build a robust marketing funnel from awareness to conversion.
Key responsibilities include managing budgets, mentoring a growing marketing team, partnering with agencies and internal stakeholders, and reporting on marketing ROI to the executive team. Responsibility
- Lead development and execution of integrated marketing strategies to build brand awareness and demand in Malaysia.
- Oversee multi-channel campaigns (digital marketing, content, social media, email, events) with clear goals and measurable ROI.
- Manage annual marketing budget, allocate resources, forecast ROI, and report performance to the leadership team.
- Collaborate with Sales to align on pipeline, lead nurturing, and revenue targets; define service level agreements (SLAs).
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team; manage external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality work.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity; provide strategic recommendations to product and executive teams.
- Drive brand messaging and content strategy to ensure consistency across all touchpoints and channels.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive marketing experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong track record in digital marketing, demand generation, and brand management; experience in local Malaysian markets is a plus.
- Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot) and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in Malaysia or Asia-Pacific markets is preferred; willingness to collaborate across functions and markets.
