As a Senior Mechanic, you’ll diagnose and repair a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on cars, trucks, and industrial equipment. You’ll lead maintenance programs, mentor junior technicians, and collaborate with service advisors to deliver transparent, high-quality work. We value safety, efficiency, and continuous learning.
Responsibility
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on a diverse fleet of vehicles and equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
- Interpret diagnostic codes, wiring diagrams, and service manuals; recommend effective solutions.
- Document repairs, parts usage, and time estimates; ensure accuracy in work orders.
- Lead and mentor junior technicians; promote safe work practices and code compliance.
- Collaborate with service advisors to develop accurate estimates and realistic timelines.
Qualification
- ASE certifications or equivalent mechanical qualifications preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on mechanical experience with automotive, diesel, or industrial equipment.
- Strong diagnostic skills with modern test equipment and software.
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and OEM manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Valid driver's license and clean record; ability to pass background and drug screening as required.
