We are seeking a Senior Medical Science Liaison who thrives in a fast-paced, evidence-driven environment and is passionate about advancing science through strategic field-based engagement.
This pivotal role offers the opportunity to influence medical strategy, collaborate with top KOLs, and work cross-functionally to support clinical development, medical affairs, and market access initiatives.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute regional medical strategy for targeted therapeutic areas in Specialized Medicine, aligned with corporate goals and compliance standards.
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with key opinion leaders, investigators, and healthcare professionals; serve as the scientific resource for field teams.
- Deliver high-quality scientific presentations, conduct medical information inquiries, and prepare medical content for congresses, publications, and advisory boards.
- Collaborate with Clinical Development, Regulatory, Market Access, and Commercial teams to support evidence generation, trial design input, and lifecycle management.
- Collect, analyze, and disseminate real-world evidence; contribute to publications, abstracts, and poster development.
- Ensure compliant interactions with HCPs, following industry regulations and company policies; maintain accurate documentation in CRM and medical databases.
Qualification
- MD, DO, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5+ years of MSL or equivalent in Specialized Medicine with demonstrated KOL engagement and field-based medical education.
- Strong therapeutic area expertise in oncology, neurology, immunology, or other specialized domains; deep scientific knowledge and ability to translate complex data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; proven track record in high-impact scientific presentations and manuscripts.
- Ability to travel 50%+ of the time; comfortable navigating matrix environments across cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in medical information management, medical communications, and regulatory/compliance frameworks (FDA/EMA guidelines).
- Proven collaboration, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills; customer-centric mindset and adaptability.
