Responsibility
- Oversee daily hospital operations, resource planning, and service delivery to ensure safe, efficient patient care.
- Lead administrative departments (finance, HR, facilities, IT, risk management) to achieve strategic goals.
- Direct budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with CMS, HIPAA, Joint Commission, and state requirements.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to improve quality metrics, patient experience, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to align staffing, capacity, and workflow with patient demand.
- Drive performance analytics, data governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Champion a culture of safety, accountability, and excellent patient outcomes.
Qualification
- Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Public Health, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- At least 7-10 years of progressively responsible hospital administration experience, with proven leadership in a complex environment.
- Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, reimbursement, and revenue cycle management.
- Deep knowledge of healthcare regulations (CMS, HIPAA, Joint Commission) and compliance programs.
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner) and health IT governance.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Change management and project leadership abilities with a track record of driving measurable improvements.
