PhysioNova Clinic is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our expanding team in Melbourne. We deliver patient-centered care across musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions, sports rehabilitation, and post operative programs. This role offers a supportive clinical environment, ongoing professional development, and a generous client load with flexible scheduling.
As a Physiotherapist you will work with a multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and implement effective rehabilitation plans that restore function and enhance quality of life for our diverse client base. You will be encouraged to develop evidence-based treatment plans and to participate in community outreach and education sessions.
Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive MSK assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based rehabilitation programs to improve mobility and function
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
- Educate patients on self-management, exercise, and injury prevention
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to coordinate care
- Maintain thorough documentation and compliant with privacy regulations
- Provide guidance on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
Qualification
- Relevant degree in Physiotherapy and registration with AHPRA
- Min. 2 years clinical experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy
- Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills
- Excellent communication and patient-centric care
- Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Proficiency in exercise prescription and outcome measures
- Demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development
- Flexibility to work a range of clinic hours, including occasional weekends
