Job description

BlueStone Global Corp is seeking a results-driven Negotiation Specialist to join our dynamic procurement team in New York. This role focuses on leading complex negotiations with suppliers and partners to secure favorable terms, reduce risk, and maximize value for our global clients.

In this role you will leverage analytical insight, market intelligence, and strong relationship-building to close high-impact deals.

Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end vendor and supplier negotiations across categories to secure best terms.
  • Develop and present negotiation strategies, BATNAs, pricing models, and risk assessments.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and terms while ensuring legal and compliance alignment.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Sales, and Operations to align on objectives and approvals.
  • Analyze total cost of ownership, price/term tradeoffs, and value realization opportunities.
  • Manage supplier relationships lifecycle, performance metrics, and continuous improvement plans.
  • Mentor junior negotiators and contribute to scalable negotiation playbooks and training.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in business, law, finance or related field; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of negotiation or procurement experience with demonstrated success in closing high-value deals.
  • Strong knowledge of contract fundamentals, risk management, and compliance considerations.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and negotiation software; experience with CRM platforms.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment.
