Responsibility

  • Lead high-stakes negotiations with suppliers and customers to secure favorable terms and minimize risk.
  • Develop and maintain negotiation playbooks, BATNAs, and pricing strategies to accelerate closures.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations to align terms with business goals and compliance requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end deal lifecycle from RFP to final agreement and signature.
  • Coach, mentor, and elevate junior negotiators through structured training and feedback.
  • Analyze data and market trends to optimize concessions, value engineering, and total cost of ownership.
  • Build and sustain executive relationships with key vendors and partners.
  • Identify risks, propose mitigations, and ensure contractual compliance and governance.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 6+ years of negotiation, procurement, or complex deal-making experience in a B2B environment.
