QuantaBridge Strategies is seeking a Senior Negotiation Specialist to lead high-stakes dealmaking for a global client portfolio. This role blends strategic thinking, data-driven analysis, and exceptional stakeholder management to secure favorable terms while maintaining long-term partnerships.
As a trusted adviser, you will design negotiation playbooks, coach cross-functional teams, and own the end-to-end negotiation lifecycle—from discovery and term sheets to final agreements and post-close optimization. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, deliver measurable value, and elevate our clients' competitive position.
Responsibility
- Lead high-stakes negotiations with suppliers, clients, and strategic partners to secure favorable terms and risk-adjusted outcomes.
- Develop and implement negotiation strategy and playbooks, including BATNA analysis and concession planning.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, MOUs, and settlement terms with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coach cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Ops) to align on objectives and decision criteria.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to forecast negotiation outcomes and value capture.
- Collaborate with procurement and business development to identify strategic opportunities and optimize value.
- Build and maintain enduring relationships with key partners, monitoring performance and renewal opportunities.
- Lead post-close review to identify lessons learned and implement process improvements.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of negotiation or procurement experience with a proven track record of closing complex deals.
- Strong understanding of contract law, risk assessment, and compliance considerations.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, modeling, and scenario planning.
- Ability to collaborate across functions in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Proficiency with negotiation tools, CRM, and contract management software; proficient in Excel/Sheets.
