NovaBridge Solutions is seeking a proactive Senior Negotiation Specialist to drive strategic sourcing engagements and seal high-value deals across multiple industries. In this role, you will lead complex negotiations, shape contract terms, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize value while mitigating risk.
You will be empowered to design negotiation playbooks, mentor colleagues, and influence executive-level stakeholders. The ideal candidate blends analytical rigor with exceptional communication and a track record of delivering favorable terms under tight timelines.
Responsibility
- Lead and manage complex commercial negotiations with vendors and strategic partners to secure favorable terms and value.
- Develop and execute negotiation strategies aligned with business goals and risk appetite.
- Collaborate with procurement, legal, product, and finance to craft solid contracts and SLAs.
- Mentor junior negotiators and build team capability through training and coaching.
- Prepare, present, and defend proposals to executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Analyze bids, benchmark data, and financial models to inform decision making.
- Identify and mitigate negotiation risks, including term concessions and compliance considerations.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business, law, or related field; JD or equivalent experience preferred.
- 7+ years of negotiation, procurement, or sales experience with a track record of closing high-value contracts.
- Strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and ability to interpret complex term sheets.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven capability to manage multiple negotiations simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with contract management systems and negotiation frameworks.
- High ethical standards and strong business acumen in vendor relationship management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, data analysis tools, and basic legal concepts.
