Responsibility

  • Lead and manage complex commercial negotiations with vendors and strategic partners to secure favorable terms and value.
  • Develop and execute negotiation strategies aligned with business goals and risk appetite.
  • Collaborate with procurement, legal, product, and finance to craft solid contracts and SLAs.
  • Mentor junior negotiators and build team capability through training and coaching.
  • Prepare, present, and defend proposals to executives and cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in business, law, or related field; JD or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 7+ years of negotiation, procurement, or sales experience with a track record of closing high-value contracts.
  • Strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and ability to interpret complex term sheets.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities.
