Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end negotiations for high-value commercial deals across regions, ensuring favorable terms and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, operations, and procurement teams to shape contract strategy and governance.
- Develop negotiation playbooks, frameworks, and benchmarks to accelerate deal cycles while protecting value.
- Manage relationships with key suppliers and strategic partners, driving value-based outcomes and long-term partnerships.
- Provide data-driven insights through cost analyses, total cost of ownership models, and scenario planning.
- Coach and mentor junior negotiators, fostering a high-performance negotiation culture across the organization.
- Lead dispute resolution and escalation processes with clarity, documentation, and integrity.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5-8+ years of negotiation, procurement, or contract management experience in enterprise settings.
- Proven track record securing favorable terms in complex deals across technology, manufacturing, or services sectors.
- Strong understanding of contract law, risk assessment, compliance, and regulatory considerations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with a collaboration-first mindset.
- Data-driven decision-making with proficiency in Excel or analytics tools; experience with contract management systems.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with cross-functional teams.
- Negotiation certifications (e.g., Certified Professional Negotiator (CPN)) or related credentials are a plus.
