Responsibility
- Lead complex negotiation projects for enterprise-level clients.
- Design and implement tailored negotiation strategies to maximize value.
- Act as primary liaison in high-profile vendor, procurement, and partnership talks.
- Analyze markets, trends, and data to identify negotiation opportunities.
- Coach clients and internal teams on best-practice negotiation tactics.
- Draft and review contractual agreements ensuring favorable terms.
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Report negotiation outcomes and recommendations to executive leadership.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or relevant field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in negotiation or deal-making roles.
- Proven success leading complex, high-value negotiations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in contract review and drafting.
- Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with C-level and executive partners.
- Certification in negotiation, mediation, or project management a plus.
