Responsibility
- Design and lead oceanographic research projects focused on marine ecosystem dynamics.
- Analyze ocean data using advanced modeling and statistical techniques.
- Oversee deployment and maintenance of oceanographic instruments and sensors.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and peer-reviewed publications.
- Collaborate with global partners, governmental agencies, and research organizations.
- Mentor and supervise junior scientists and graduate students.
- Present findings at international conferences and symposiums.
- Contribute to grant writing and funding proposals.
Qualification
- PhD in Oceanography, Marine Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of postdoctoral or industry experience in oceanographic research.
- Proven track record of published scientific research.
- Expertise in ocean modeling, remote sensing, and ecological data analysis.
- Experience operating and maintaining oceanographic equipment.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
- Valid passport and willingness to travel for fieldwork.
