Responsibility
- Develop, manage, and grow strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth and market expansion across Singapore and the wider APAC region.
- Design and execute partner engagement strategies that align with company objectives and industry best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to partners, understanding their unique business needs and championing tailored solutions.
- Track and analyze partner performance, providing actionable insights to optimize collaboration and sales outcomes.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure timely, effective onboarding and enablement of new partners.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the global HR, recruitment, and EOR landscape to position G-P as a thought leader.
- Represent Globalization Partners at industry events, conferences, and networking activities to enhance brand presence.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in channel/partner management, business development, or indirect sales, preferably within HR or SaaS industries.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue through indirect channels and building high-impact partnerships.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient understanding of the global employment or recruitment landscape, particularly within APAC.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel regionally as required.
