Responsibility
- Operate and manage flight duties for multi-crew aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and company SOPs.
- Lead pre-flight planning, including flight path, weather, fuel calculations, weight and balance, and performance data.
- Ensure safety and compliance in all flight phases; monitor risk factors and lead incident-free operations.
- Mentor and supervise junior pilots; conduct debriefs and performance coaching.
- Coordinate with air traffic control, maintenance, dispatch, and cabin crew to optimize operations.
- Maintain exceptional CRM, decision-making under pressure, and effective communication in dynamic environments.
- Lead investigative reporting for safety events and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualification
- Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate or equivalent with current FAA Class 1 medical certificate.
- Minimum 7 years PIC experience and >3,000 flight hours, with a track record of safe operations.
- Type rating in relevant aircraft (e.g., Gulfstream, Bombardier, Cessna) or willingness to obtain.
- Proven leadership, decision-making, and communication skills; strong CRM.
- Proficient in flight planning, IFR/VFR weather interpretation, and performance calculations.
- Fluent in English; ability to work across time zones and high-demand environments.
- Ability to pass background check and random drug testing; willingness to participate in ongoing training.
