As a Senior Pilot, you will lead flight operations from pre-flight planning to post-flight debrief, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements and company standards. You will mentor junior pilots, participate in CRM initiatives, and collaborate with dispatch, operations control, and maintenance to optimize safety and on-time performance.

Responsibility
- Lead planning and execution of flights in compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures.
- Operate multi-engine turbine aircraft with a focus on safety, efficiency, and punctuality.
- Mentor and supervise junior pilots, provide timely feedback, and promote CRM best practices.
- Coordinate with dispatch, operations control, and maintenance to ensure readiness and risk mitigation.
- Perform thorough pre-flight planning, weather assessment, fuel planning, weight and balance calculations, and performance analysis.
- Conduct thorough post-flight debriefs and accurate flight log documentation.
- Lead safety initiatives, participate in incident investigations, and contribute to ongoing training programs.
- Maintain currency, instrument proficiency, and regulatory compliance for all assigned aircraft.
Qualification
- ATP or ATPL with current type ratings and valid medical certificate; minimum 5 years of turbine flight experience.
- Current FAA/ICAO license appropriate to operations and regulatory requirements.
- Multi-engine jet experience with demonstrated safe flight history and CRM leadership.
- Strong IFR knowledge, weather interpretation, flight planning tools, and risk assessment.
- Proven leadership skills, decision-making under pressure, and team collaboration.
- Exceptional communication, adaptability, and a commitment to safety culture.
- Willingness to relocate to Seattle or travel as needed for crew rotations and base operations.
- Proficiency with modern flight deck automation, electronic flight bags, and maintenance reporting systems.
