Join Pacific Crest Printing as a Senior Print Production Manager. We are a fast-growing print and packaging company delivering high-quality results for brand-conscious clients. In this role, you will lead production workflows across digital and offset presses, manage prepress and color management, optimize schedules, and collaborate with sales, design, and operations to ensure flawless execution.
Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end print production for client jobs, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Plan and schedule production across offset and digital presses, bindery, and finishing.
- Manage prepress workflows, color management, proofing processes, and ICC profiles.
- Lead a team of production coordinators; allocate resources, train and develop staff.
- Collaborate with sales, design, and procurement to scope jobs, materials, and timelines; monitor risk.
- Implement process improvements, waste reduction, and quality control metrics.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards; maintain records for audits.
Qualification
- 5+ years in print production with leadership experience in offset and digital printing.
- Bachelor's degree in Print Technology, Graphic Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong knowledge of prepress workflows, color management (ICC profiles, PDF/X), and proofing.
- Experience with production planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization; familiarity with MIS/ERP systems.
- Excellent vendor management and budget control; ability to negotiate with suppliers.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards and environmental compliance (ISO 12647, GMP).
