NovaPrint Solutions is a premium printing partner delivering high-impact offset, digital, and finishing solutions for brands across multiple industries. We seek a Senior Print Production Specialist to lead production workflows, ensure color accuracy, and drive on-time delivery.
In this role, you will collaborate with design, sales, and operations to translate creative concepts into flawless physical outputs, manage resources, and optimize processes for quality and efficiency.
Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end print production from prepress to final output with strict quality controls.
- Lead digital and offset printing workflows, color management, proofs, and production sign-offs.
- Collaborate with design, account teams, and clients to ensure specs, proofs, and timelines are met.
- Prioritize jobs, schedule presses, and coordinate finishing, coatings, and bindery.
- Monitor job costs, waste, and throughput; implement efficiency improvements.
- Maintain color accuracy through ICC profiles, RIP software, and standard operating procedures.
- Provide mentorship to production staff and maintain a culture of quality and safety.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Print Technology, Graphic Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on print production experience with both digital and offset processes.
- Strong color management skills, ICC profiling, RIP software, and prepress workflows.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, print MIS, and job tracking systems.
- Excellent project management, vendor liaison, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
