We’re expanding our production team and seeking a detail-oriented Printing Technician to operate presses, ensure color accuracy, and uphold the highest quality standards.
You’ll work with modern digital and offset presses, collaborate with design and production teams, and contribute to on-time fulfillment and process improvements.
Responsibility
- Operate and monitor printing presses (offset and digital) to ensure consistent output.
- Prepare substrates, mix inks, set up color profiles, and verify color accuracy across jobs.
- Perform preflight checks, color management, and optimize production workflows.
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment, perform routine maintenance, and ensure safety compliance.
- Conduct quality checks, run samples, and finalize proofs for client approval.
- Collaborate with design, production, and shipping teams to meet deadlines and reduce waste.
Qualification
- 3+ years of experience in a printing environment (offset and/or digital).
- Strong color management skills and familiarity with ICC profiles and color matching.
- Experience with prepress, file preparation, and print production workflows.
- Ability to read job tickets, specifications, and color charts; strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in equipment maintenance, safety protocols, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills; adaptable under tight deadlines.
