Persol Outsourcing is partnering with a leading Statutory body to find talented individuals to join our team as Senior Processing Officers for Scholarship Claims. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing scholarship claims efficiently and accurately.
Responsibility
- Review and verify scholarship claims
- Communicate with applicants to gather necessary information
- Analyze and evaluate supporting documents for claims
- Ensure compliance with scholarship guidelines and regulations
- Process payments and disbursements accurately and timely
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Prior experience in processing scholarship claims
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
