Auto Well Enter. Co., Ltd. invites a seasoned Senior Procurement Executive (Sourcing) to lead strategic sourcing initiatives at our Shah Alam facility. This role focuses on supplier development, sourcing machine parts, standard components, and indirect materials for equipment, supporting manufacturing operations and driving sustainable cost optimization.
As a key member of the procurement team, you will collaborate with engineering, production, and quality assurance to ensure part availability, supplier reliability, and compliant purchasing processes. You will evaluate suppliers, negotiate favorable terms, and implement performance metrics to drive continuous improvement across the supply base.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities for machine parts, standard components, and indirect materials for production equipment.
- Develop and qualify suppliers; conduct regular risk assessments and supplier performance reviews.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings and value optimization.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and QA to ensure part availability and on-time delivery while maintaining quality standards.
- Implement supplier development programs and quality improvements; drive supplier scorecards and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage purchase orders, lead times, and delivery performance; monitor supplier capacity planning and demand signals.
- Drive procurement process improvements, including e-sourcing, automation, and policy compliance.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships; proactively manage risk and resolve supplier-related issues.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, procurement, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of procurement or sourcing experience in manufacturing or industrial equipment sectors.
- Proven track record in supplier development, cost reduction, and negotiation.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract management.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle and data analytics.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and cross-functional teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment in Shah Alam; English proficiency required.
