Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project planning, scheduling, and execution for multiple initiatives across IT, operations, and business units.
- Develop and maintain project charters, roadmaps, and governance artifacts to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks to maintain schedule integrity.
- Monitor and report on project status, budget, scope, and quality to stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Facilitate effective communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams to manage expectations and change control.
- Implement project management best practices (Agile, Waterfall) and continuously improve delivery processes.
- Lead and mentor junior project managers and coordinators, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
Qualification
- 5+ years of progressive project management experience in IT or professional services.
- Proven track record delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of PM methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and portfolio governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- PM certification such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent preferred.
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Primavera) and data-driven reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, engineering, or related field.
