Responsibility
- Lead cross-functional programs from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and measurable outcomes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics.
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and issues; implement effective change control processes.
- Facilitate collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, QA, and Operations to remove blockers and accelerate delivery.
- Champion Agile practices; guide teams through ceremonies, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage vendor relationships, third-party dependencies, and external partners as required.
- Provide transparent reporting to executives and stakeholders, including risk mitigation and status updates.
- Ensure quality, governance, and compliance throughout the program lifecycle.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive project or program management experience in a technology-focused environment.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale programs on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence without authority.
- Proficiency with PM tools (Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet) and data-driven reporting; PMI certifications (PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP) preferred.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid (Waterfall/Agile) methodologies.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, assess risk, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
