What you’ll do:
- Lead planning and execution of complex programs across cross-functional teams including product, engineering, design, QA, and operations.
- Develop charters, roadmaps, milestones, budgets, and governance structures to guide delivery.
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks; manage issues and change requests with proactive communication.
- Facilitate efficient Agile and hybrid ceremonies; protect team focus and velocity while ensuring stakeholder alignment.
- Drive strong stakeholder engagement with clear status reporting and executive dashboards.
- Ensure quality and compliance through rigorous documentation, testing, and governance.
- Coach teams on PM best practices and mentor junior PMs to scale project delivery.

Responsibility

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; 5+ years of project management experience in technology or software
- Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent are preferred
- Proven expertise with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery methodologies; proficiency with MS Project, Jira, or Smartsheet
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, risk, and change control
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex initiatives on time and within scope
