You will be accountable for delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget, while ensuring business value is realized. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibility
- Lead planning, scheduling, risk management, and change control for major initiatives from initiation through closure.
- Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define goals, success metrics, and risk tolerance.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource plans, and governance structures; monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Manage risk, issues, dependencies, and scope changes; escalate blockers and drive timely resolutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and maintain a high-performance delivery culture.
- Communicate status and value to executives through clear dashboards, reports, and executive briefings.
- Ensure benefits realization by tracking outcomes and supporting post-implementation reviews.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of project management experience delivering complex programs, ideally in consulting or technology sectors.
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification; strong working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and drive decisions at all levels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; comfortable presenting to C-suite audiences.
- Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence) and analytics; strong data-driven mindset.
- Strong budgeting, risk management, and change control capabilities with a track record of delivering measurable value.
