Responsibility
- Lead cross functional teams and coordinate with product, engineering, and operations to deliver initiatives on time and within scope.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics; translate business needs into actionable plans.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource plans; monitor progress and adjust as needed.
- Manage risks and issues, implement mitigation strategies, and maintain a risk register.
- Ensure effective stakeholder communication with timely updates and escalation paths.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control; optimize resources and vendor relationships.
- Drive process improvements and post project evaluations to capture lessons learned.
- Foster a high performance culture with strong governance and quality assurance across programs.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of project management experience, leading complex programs in tech or operations.
- PMI PMP or PRINCE2 certification or equivalent; familiarity with Agile and Waterfall.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with PM tools such as MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, and Confluence.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial stewardship of programs.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment and influence without authority.
- Data driven, analytical thinker with excellent problem solving abilities.
