Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs spanning product, engineering, and operations.
- Define project scope, milestones, success metrics, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Develop and maintain PMO standards, templates, governance, and reporting cadences for executives and stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and consultants; manage dependencies and risk.
- Track progress through dashboards, status reports, and milestone reviews; lead escalation as needed.
- Manage stakeholder communication, expectations, and change control processes to ensure alignment.
- Optimize delivery through Agile methodologies, continuous improvement, and lessons learned.
- Ensure quality, compliance, and governance across programs; conduct post-implementation reviews.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field; PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferred.
- 5+ years of project or program management experience in technology or digital initiatives.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale, multi-team programs on time and within budget.
- Strong experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum), Jira, MS Project or Primavera.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to influence at all levels.
- Solid risk management, budgeting, and resource planning capabilities.
- Experience with vendor management, contract negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Data-driven decision making and results-oriented mindset.
