Join SummitEdge Solutions as a Senior Project Manager and lead cross functional teams to deliver complex initiatives on time and within scope. You will partner with product, engineering, and operations to align stakeholder expectations and drive continuous improvement. This role supports a hybrid work model in Austin, TX with opportunities for remote collaboration.
Responsibility
- Lead cross functional project teams to plan, execute, and deliver programs on time and within scope.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk registers.
- Partner with product, engineering, design, and QA to ensure alignment and quality.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress through regular status reports.
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks; implement contingency plans.
- Ensure adherence to PMO standards and drive process improvements.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies as needed and adapt delivery methods (Scrum/Waterfall).
- Drive benefits realization tracking post-delivery.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of project management experience in technology or software delivery.
- PMP, PMI-ACP or equivalent certification.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies; Scrum experience required.
- Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, or equivalent).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven track record delivering complex programs with multi-team coordination.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
