Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality management.
- Partner with product, engineering, and stakeholders to define goals, requirements, and success criteria.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, roadmaps, and dashboards; track progress and report status.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; implement proactive contingency strategies.
- Facilitate Agile/Lean ceremonies; drive collaboration across cross-functional teams.
- Manage stakeholders at all levels; communicate decisions, expectations, and trade-offs clearly.
- Ensure delivery against commitments; monitor benefits realization and ensure value delivery.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of project management experience in technology, software, or digital transformation.
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certifications; or demonstrated mastery of PM methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to influence without authority.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills; proficiency with PM tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana).
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with vendor management and contract adherence is a plus.
