Join NovaCore Technologies as a Senior Project Manager in London. You will lead cross-functional initiatives from inception to delivery, driving PMO standards and ensuring optimal value realization for our clients.
As a key member of our delivery organization, you will partner with product, engineering, operations, and executive leadership to plan, execute, and close strategic programs on time and within budget.

What you will do and how you will impact the business:
Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management, governance, and reporting. Build robust plans, monitor milestones, budgets, and risk; escalate issues promptly and implement effective mitigations. Lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and communicate progress at all levels of the organization. Drive continuous improvement by implementing PMO best practices, templates, and metrics. Ensure delivery quality, customer satisfaction, and alignment with strategic objectives. Mentor and coach junior PMs to elevate the practice.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project planning and execution across multiple workstreams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, risk registers, and dashboards for transparent governance.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, QA, and operations to align scope, timelines, and resources.
- Manage stakeholder communications and provide executive status reports with actionable insights.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and velocity tracking to optimize delivery.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and blockers with proactive contingency plans.
- Ensure project governance, change control, and quality standards across programs.
- Mentor junior PMs and promote PMO best practices across the organization.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or PMP certification preferred.
- 5+ years of project management experience in technology or software delivery.
- Proven track record delivering complex programs on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and drive decisions with data.
