Responsibility
- Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of complex projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, finance, and operations to define scope, requirements, and success criteria.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, milestones, risk registers, and stakeholder communications.
- Apply agile and hybrid methodologies as appropriate; mentor teams on PM best practices.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to maximize value.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and dependencies; escalate issues when necessary.
- Provide regular status updates to PMO and executive leadership with clear, concise narratives.
- Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and refining processes.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred
- 5+ years of experience leading complex projects in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with PM tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana) and data-driven reporting
- Experience with agile practices and hybrid project management
- Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget
- Ability to influence across a matrix organization and manage multiple priorities
