Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure for technology initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps, milestones, budgets, scope, and risk management plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including product, engineering, design, QA, and operations to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage stakeholder communications, expectations, and reporting; translate business needs into actionable tasks.
- Implement agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery methodologies tailored to project context.
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks and dependencies; maintain issue and change control logs.
- Mentor and lead project teams; foster a high‑performance culture and continuous improvement.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- 5+ years of PM experience delivering complex software or technology programs.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with PM tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet) and data visualization.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and ability to tailor approaches by project.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; proactive problem‑solver.
