Join NovaEdge Consulting as a Senior Project Manager and lead strategic technology initiatives from discovery to delivery. We partner with Fortune 500 clients to drive business outcomes through disciplined PMO practices, agile governance, and cross-functional leadership.
In this role, you will own large-scale programs, collaborate with product, engineering, finance, and operations, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with measurable impact. You will mentor teams, optimize processes, and champion a data-driven approach to risk and change management.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of strategic initiatives across cross-functional teams.
- Develop project charters, roadmaps, timelines, budgets, risk registers, and governance artifacts.
- Facilitate steering committee meetings and communicate status to executives and stakeholders.
- Manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality; optimize resource allocation and milestone achievement.
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks; implement effective issue resolution strategies.
- Drive adoption of PMO standards and methodologies (Agile and Waterfall) across programs.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables, customer satisfaction, and vendor relationship management.
- Coach and mentor junior project managers; build and lead high-performing teams.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, IT, or related field; PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred.
- 5+ years of project management experience in technology, digital transformation, or complex programs.
- Proven track record delivering multi-stakeholder programs on time and within budget.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with PM tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Primavera; strong MS Office skills.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and tailoring approaches to project needs.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% (or as required) for client engagements.
- Data-driven decision making and strong problem-solving abilities.
