Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end planning, scheduling, and execution of complex technology programs across multiple teams and geographies.
- Define program scope, objectives, success metrics, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders; manage changes through a formal process.
- Develop and maintain PM artifacts (roadmaps, release plans, WBS, risk registers, RACI) and ensure alignment with strategy.
- Monitor program performance against milestones, budget, and quality targets; proactively mitigate risks and resolve blockers.
- Coordinate cross-functional ceremonies and communications with product, engineering, QA, design, operations, and external partners; ensure clear, transparent reporting.
- Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and third-party integrations; negotiate to achieve best value and risk reduction.
- Mentor and coach junior PMs; foster a culture of delivery excellence, process discipline, and continuous improvement.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive project or program management experience in technology or software delivery environments.
- Deep knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies; proficiency with Scrum and program governance.
- Hands-on experience with PM tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Asana) and strong data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities; proven collaboration with executive sponsors.
- Ability to manage multiple, complex programs and budgets; strong risk management and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with vendors, contracts, and cross-cultural teams; ability to influence without direct authority.
