NovaTech Solutions is a leading technology partner delivering high-impact software and infrastructure programs for enterprise clients. We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Austin-based team and drive complex initiatives from inception through delivery.
You will partner with product, engineering, and operations to define scope, plans, and success criteria while maintaining a focus on timeline, budget, and quality.
This role offers the opportunity to influence strategic programs, mentor junior PMs, and collaborate within a dynamic environment.
Responsibility
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex technology projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, risk registers, and budgets.
- Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to keep programs on track.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews) and ensure alignment with product roadmaps.
- Manage stakeholder communications, escalate issues, and present status to executives.
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party partners, ensuring deliverables meet requirements.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field; PMP or PMI-ACP certification preferred.
- 5+ years of hands-on project management experience in technology or software development.
- Proven track record delivering complex programs with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and PM tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana).
- Exceptional communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, risk management, governance, and reporting.
- Ability to influence without authority and manage changes in a fast-paced environment.
