Responsibility

  • Edit and proofread manuscripts for style, clarity, grammar, and factual accuracy, aligning with house standards.
  • Develop and enforce house style guidelines; oversee metadata, indexing, and accessibility considerations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and PR to support launches and audience targeting with compelling copy and metadata optimization.
  • Oversee production tasks including formatting, cover briefs, and final QA checks for print and digital formats.
  • Provide constructive feedback to authors and junior editors; mentor team members to elevate editorial performance.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
