Responsibility
- Design, implement, and oversee quantitative research projects across disciplines, ensuring rigorous methodology and reproducibility.
- Lead data collection, cleaning, analysis, and interpretation to produce publishable findings.
- Mentor graduate students and junior researchers, providing guidance on study design, analysis, and scholarly writing.
- Collaborate with faculty to translate research questions into actionable studies and grant proposals.
- Prepare high-quality manuscripts, reports, and presentations for internal and external audiences.
- Contribute to grant applications, budget planning, and project management to ensure timely delivery.
Qualification
- PhD in statistics, data science, economics, psychology, or a closely related field.
- At least 3 years of postdoctoral or equivalent research experience with a strong publication record.
- Expertise in statistical modeling, causal inference, machine learning, and modern data visualization.
- Proficiency in R and Python; experience with Stata or SPSS is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to lead, collaborate, and mentor others.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
