Responsibility
- Design and execute advanced biotechnology research experiments related to therapeutic discovery.
- Lead multi-functional project teams to achieve key scientific milestones.
- Develop and optimize protocols for molecular biology, cell culture, and analytical assays.
- Interpret complex experimental data, prepare detailed reports, and present findings to internal stakeholders.
- Mentor junior scientists and foster a collaborative, high-performing lab culture.
- Contribute to scientific publications, patent applications, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, safety protocols, and data integrity standards.
- Collaborate with external partners, CROs, and vendors to drive innovation.
Qualification
- PhD in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on postdoctoral or industry laboratory experience.
- Deep expertise in gene editing, cell therapy, or protein engineering.
- Proven ability to lead scientific projects from concept to completion.
- Strong publication record in high-impact scientific journals.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Experience with GLP/GMP practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication and mentorship abilities.
